This workshop offers a systematic approach to finances that will help freelancers understand their budget needs and plan for the pitfalls of the up-and-down income inherent in a contract worker’s financial life. With an emphasis on strategic daily living tactics and a brief discussion of retirement and tax issues, it will empower creatives with the recognition that they are in the driver's seat of their lives and career, and help them to move confidently in the direction of their dreams. 

Especially geared for emerging professional performers, this workshop has been presented at universities and young artist programs all around the nation, including San Francisco Opera's Adler and Merola Programs, Wolf Trap Opera, Houston Grand Opera, Utah Opera, Maryland Opera Studio, University of Michigan and Rice University.
